- This deposit is fully refundable upon discharge, with any outstanding bills deducted as necessary.

Apply for Return: Request the refund after settling any balances. Donate: Alternatively, you can choose to donate the amount in the name of your beloved ones, supporting our mission to provide care for those in need.
- By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with care services. As our facility does not provide 24/7 personal supervision, we cannot be held liable for any unfortunate events, including the passing of a resident.
- We encourage open communication and will provide updates on your loved one's condition, but please understand that care for patients may involve unforeseen circumstances.
- Your understanding of this policy is appreciated, and we are here to support you and your loved ones to the best of our ability.
Additional Charges
Please note that certain services will incur additional charges, which include
- Laboratory Services: Blood tests and other diagnostic procedures
- Medical Equipment: Oxygen, air beds, feeding tubes, and tracheostomy care
- Intensive Care: ICU charges for critical care services
- Specialist Consultations: Fees for specialist doctors
- Nursing Services: Additional nursing and physiotherapy fees
- Medical Supplies: Catheters, nebulization, suction equipment, and dressing materials
- Medications: Costs for medicines, injections, and life-saving drugs
- Room Upgrades: Charges for air-conditioned rooms
- These charges will be communicated clearly, ensuring transparency in all financial aspects of care.
Cancellation Policy
Once you sign the monthly contract, it cannot be canceled without incurring a fee. If you choose to cancel the contract, a charge of ₹2,000 per day will apply. Please note that the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
